| Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping |
Most approved* orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Orders approved* by 4 p.m. Monday through Friday will leave our warehouse the same day. If your order is approved after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, your package will leave our warehouse the next business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose, but our standard is 3-day, meaning you will receive your package within three business days. For example, if you order on Saturday, your package will leave our warehouse Monday, and you will receive it by Thursday. Orders containing special event merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping. Restrictions do apply to our standard 3-day shipping. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our USPS option as these addresses do not have 3-day or expedited shipping available. The cost is still just $4.99 on any size order. Our carrier does not deliver to Hawaii and Alaska via 3-day. Residents of these states may choose our $4.99 USPS option or upgrade to an expedited option, such as 2-day for $12.95. *Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days. |

| International Orders |

Manufacturer direct items are not available for international shipping; we do not offer expedited shipping on international orders. Shipping restrictions are listed on the product detail page. International shipping may not be available to all countries. If your country or province is not listed in the drop-down menu during checkout, please type "international shipping" in the ZIP code field, then, at the bottom of Step 2 of checkout, please enter your full address in the "Personalized Message" field. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service. |
Tracking is not available for international orders. Occasionally with international shipping, the destination country may charge duties and import taxes on your shipment. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. |

| Special Event Merchandise |
Event merchandise is available only after a special event, such as a championship game or a rivalry game. When ordering event merchandise, please remember that this will delay shipment of your entire order. To ensure that you receive the rest of your order in a timely fashion, please order event merchandise separately. A message appears in red on the product detail page of each item explaining when that item will be shipped. |

| Manufacturer Direct Merchandise |
Manufacturer direct items are shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer and are not available to international customers. Expedited shipping is not available for these items. When you order in stock items with manufacturer direct items, you may receive separate shipments. |

| Partial Shipments |
In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. If an expedited shipping choice is made, all items available for immediate shipment will process in that manner. All other items, such as special order items, will be sent via standard ground. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge. |
